shipping and returns

shipping | 

please note that some of our pieces are made to order. stock that is available will be shipped within 2 business days of the order date.
made to order items will ship within two weeks of the order date.
please contact us at info@nikitamiller.com if you need a made to order item by a particular date and we will do our best to accommodate it.

domestic and new zealand
complimentary shipping within australia and new zealand, it will take approximately 3-5  working days. for regional deliveries please allow an extra 3-4 business days. 
for express post please email info@nikitamiller.com. delivery within australia and new zealand, we use australia post and  registered international post. 

international 

shipment prices will vary on location. we use australia registered international post with an expected delivery timeframe of  7-14 business days. once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. 

please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. please check with your local customs office for further information. 

items we exchange will be re-sent at the cost of nikita miller. return postage costs, tax and duties are not refundable should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. please contact your local custom office to obtain your tax refund.

we recommend that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes, as all deliveries require a signature. all prices on our site are displayed in australian dollars (aud), and will be charged in australian dollars.

returns |

some of our pieces are made-to-order - please consider this when you make your purchase. any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 

please contact us for a return authorisation form before returning or exchanging items. we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying form. 

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. we are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.

your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

faults and damage | 

nikita miller considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact info@nikitamiller.com and we will instruct you on how to return the item. 

items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or improper care are not considered to be faulty. In the event we are unable to replace the item we will refund the value of the piece minus shipping cost.
